This food has been famous for a long time, yes, if you were born in the 90s, you will immediately remember the movie Boboho because one of the actors loves to eat this snack.

You know making dumplings is not easy, but there is a trick while standing so it doesn't shrink when steamed, that's why I share the recipe and easy steps to make it.

MAKE Dough

Prepare, add flour and yeast stir until blended. Dissolve granulated sugar in water until completely dissolved, add sugar water into the dough little by little until the water runs out.

Knead the Dough

add the white butter and salt, then knead the dough until the texture is really smooth and soft for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into 18 weighing 53 grams, if there is no scale it can be approx. If it has been divided, cover the dough with a cloth so it doesn't dry out.

Prepare the steamer strainer, dumplings, and stuffing. Take the dumpling dough, knead in any part and then shape it into a round, then flatten it, thin the edges and thick in the middle. Fill the chocolate jam in the middle, then close the lid tightly by pinching it, then roll it back slowly so that the filling doesn't come out.

Put the dough on parchment paper and put it in a steaming colander, covering it with a dry cloth. Do not get hot while steaming the bun does not shrink.

Prepare the steamer, when it is hot, add the mixture and steam on medium to low heat for about 10 minutes.
